New Technical Sales Expert Sets Roots in Colorado to Support Region
LA MIRADA, Calif. – Nov. 2018 – HORN, an IMCD company (“HORN”) and North America’s premier distributor of specialty chemicals and raw materials, today announced the hire of Brett M. Levy as account manager for HORN Advanced Materials. With nearly a decade of experience providing technical solutions for various industrial applications, Levy joins HORN to strengthen customer support and develop new business in the Colorado region, its surrounding areas and in the Pacific Northwest.
“Brett has a unique background that easily dovetails into the needs of the HORN Advanced Materials business unit, which covers a plethora of industrial markets ranging from formulators of elastomers and composites, to compounders of thermoplastics, structural adhesives and energy,” said Parry Foskett, vice president, HORN Advanced Materials. “In HORN’s nearly 60-year history, this is the first time we have a Colorado-based sales expert in the region. Prior to joining HORN, Levy worked at EnviroTech Molded Products supporting the industrial manufacturing markets with engineered thermoplastic polymer products. He also spent eight years at Schlumberger where he held various roles as a field operations manager and technical sales engineer in its high pressure pumping well services segment.

Levy earned a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering with a specialty in nanotechnology processes from Oregon State University. He has coauthored and presented peer reviewed papers on wellbore optimization at international trade conferences in both Canada and Thailand.
